Users agree not to misuse the app, attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

User documents, scanned PDFs, and imported images remain on the user’s device. Bougie Labs does not upload, store, or retain user files or document content.
File, Camera & Gallery Permissions
The PDF Reader app may request certain device permissions solely to enable its core functionality:
File / Storage Access: Required to open, read, scan, and manage PDF files selected by the user.
Camera Access: Used only for scanning physical documents and converting them into PDF files.
Gallery / Media Access: Used only when users choose to import images to create or edit PDFs.
All permissions are requested explicitly and can be managed or revoked at any time through device settings. The app accesses only user-selected files, images, or scans.
